We are a team of experienced, highly qualified and enthusiastic lawyers, ready for every legal challenge that comes to our attention.

For over two decades, we have grown our practice, assisting and representing hundreds of clients in various areas of national and international law.

We set up our offices in Constanta and Bucharest, but our dynamic team covers all Romanian jurisdiction.

Our office has a particular expertise in maritime and transport law and is also the Romanian partner of Interlegal, the only regional law firm specialised in transport, maritime and international trade, activating in all countries of the Black sea basin: Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Moldova, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania.
